OK so when i click on mii parade on the bottom right hand side it shows how many miis there are and it says 0/0 but we have 8 mii's so why doesnt it say 0/8? can someone help please?

You need to register people to your address book before Mii's start showing up in the Mii parade. I just registered a few people and new Mii's are on there everyday now.
The parade only has your friends' Mii's, not your mii's. So what you have to do is add someone's Wii # to your Wii, then ask him to make his Mii's "mingle". Then under the Mii creator you can send your Mii's to people. It looks like an envelope.
