MK worldwide match errors

I have not been able to connect to any players worldwide, it has been saying "communication error" after a long wait, unable to press the "b" button to go back. Anyone have any ideas to fix this? I can tell you right now my internet is slow, but I can play games on consoles just fine.

Many fixes will be suggested. None have worked for me. Including Nintendo themselvesbonesawisready5
