Well it seems like they do just looking at some of the stuff the staff ghosts race with. If they do, plz tell me how.

they dont. :\

there are still different weight classes.

each weight class has different kart/bikes they can use

Lame, but at least there are additions of the bikes for some characters. And I like how they redesigned the carts. They look like they just came out of a hot rod shop. :P
