Awhile back in a video interview with the developer he said "We wanted to make sure it had the best graphics we could possibly give it on the wii" or something along those lines. If devs think that that is the best they can do then they really aren't trying. I hope this attitude doesn't continue. They could have toned down the bloom lighting in the game and used the extra time to improve the textures of the game. (The beach looks like marble) Do you think this guy was just trying to get more attention or does he really think this is the best Wii can do?

i think he really does feel like that is the best it can do...this is really dissapointing to see more lazyness geared towards the Wii...and third parties wonder why their games dont sell well on Nintendo consoles...i dont know why devs have taken this way of thinking but it is really frustrating...

The game still looks good and I think you might be taking what he said to seriously but that is just me.

The developer of the Wii version of Need for Speed: Prostreet praised the graphics of his own game, regardless of the fact that most of the racing games of this and last generation look far superior in terms of graphics. Developers are always going to say good things about their own games to assure and convince people that their mediocre and unoriginal game is superior to others in the same genre.

and this is only happening to Nintendo...once again being treated like a side project with these games that are clearly being rushed out of the development studios...
