One of my top 5 most hyped, after Metroid: Other M, Super Mario Galaxy 2, perhaps the 3rd most, but I don't know if I want it more than No More Heroes 2 :P. And if the new Legend of Zelda comes out next year, like they said they're aiming for, then that's my #1, but Monster Hunter Tri is definitely top 5!
ill decide after it is confirmed that it wont have monthly feesfunsohng
HAHA, it's monster hunter dude...not an MMO
you don't see everyone around the world who's playing at one time...you set it up
in fact you don't even have to play it online if you don't want to...the game is perfectly fine for a one player game, most of them are one player only anyways
i don't know what your thinking...but no monthly fees i can assure you

Japans version has monthly fees for online, so Funsohng is not wrong in thinking that it may be a possibility when its brought over to America.

True that you don't HAVE to play online, but it would certainly be more convenient. If I am going to go up against a really tough monster, am I going to want a friend who is really unfamiliar with the game to come co-op help, or am I going to want a seasoned, geared person online to join up with? That's the main perk of the online that I can see:P

i know...i understand that
but MH games in the US that were online didn't have monthly fees...so why'd they start now is beyond me
Oh man, I watched a dude who owned a copy in Japan and watched him played it online; I am excited for this game. The game looks amazing. Too bad a lot of game developers won't utilizes the Wii to its fullest. :PyeahyeahbigNlol the funny thing is, Capcom one of those developers who choose to not take advantage of what the Wii can do. They seem extremely bipolar in thier support for the Wii. But Capcom has always been port crazy so I guess its not out of thier character, I just wish all their support was on the level of Monster Hunter 3.

because capcom loves moneyI'm really psyched for this game. I don't care if it potentially becomes P2P,; I'll play online anyway. I only wish that it would come sooner than March 2010. Then again, my B-Day is in March, so I could get for a birthday present.
Maybe the wait won't be so bad.:D
ill decide after it is confirmed that it wont have monthly feesfunsohngI`ll get it, but if is pay-and-play I`ll will no play online :P
As long as I don't have to pay online fees than sure. But I would still probably get it for single-player anyways.
