mortal kombat ds-is it worth it

lol on the fatality screen, if it uses the stylus, you should be able to pull a "5-point exploding heart technique". Then, after you watch it do nothing and fail miserably, you should scream your curses at kill bill 2 and then boot the barely alive enemy into a pit of pasty white nerds that scream out kill bill 2 sayings and how good their computer is.
Only then will someone learn to never die on mortal kombat online. Humiliation will hurt us all.

I honestly dont think its gonna get good reviews. Im not hating on the game (i love mortal kombat games, i have deception, armageddon, 4 and have beaten trilogy, sub zeros game, and deadly alliance) but i think that the game is gonna get one of those been there done that reviews because they wont add anything new (maybe except like a touch based fatality system which would be kinda kool (lol kool)

Yes, since there is only few other fighting games on the DS (not including imports). I'm not a huge MK fan, but we're looking at a teen if not mature rated game, a proven fighter, and the ability to play against others all over the world. I don't see why it'll get poor reviews unless it is glitchy or they screw with the controls or take out some of the violent material.

There are plenty of ports that don't add anything new and yet they are reviewed very high, so that arguement is out the window. We'll have to see how good a version it is.
