like he said you can move the "bounding box"(never heard it call that), but basically it means you dont have to go all the way to the edge of the screen. and you can lock onto people, meaning you pivot to face them constantly, but you can still move the reticule around the screen, shooting anything you like. believe me, they have been working on the controls forever, it will be fine.
