LOL, I have a 15 lb shihtzu like that, one day he jumped out of my truck window, like 5 ft off the ground, and went running after a Doberman. The funniest part was when the Doberman ran away!

I was expecting that too, but still funny. I don't hate little dogs, but I prefer not to be around them. Most of them bark constantly and are quite annoying. I prefer larger dogs, like retrievers, huskies, malamutes, etc. There are your few that are just obnoxious as well, but generally most larger dogs I've been around are calmer and much quieter unless there's someone at the door or around your property, which is a good thing for them to bark at. Really, it all comes down to how well the dog is trained, but generally people with small rats...er dogs, don't train them and their barking is constant and frustrating.
