My NYKO Wiimote batt. covers won't fit in Wii Zapper.

Was that model of charger released in Europe? If so hopefully one of them can reply.

Yeah, that ticked me off when the wiimote wouldn't quite snap in because of the battery cover. I'm afraid the same thing is going to happen to the Whiil.

Not like I'm going to use it for controls anyway on mario Kart but I had hoped that my girlfriend would pick it up and at least try it out.

Just get rechargeable double AAs.

Good Idea, I haven't tried without the cover.

The Charger was a gift, otherwise I would have bought a batter charger instead seeing how I go through AAs like it's Christmas.

Any Euro's know if the Wiimote with the NYKO charger cover works on the Whiil for Mario Kart?

Just tried it without the cover on the WiiZapper. Fit just fine. I would have thought the portion sticking out on the battery would have stopped it from snapping in but it fit it just great. Something else on the cover itself its blocking it from fitting in just right.

Hopefully this will be the case on the Mario Kart Whiil as well.

Just take off the cover and it will fit in the zapper. As for the wheel it should work too but I will have to wait for MK wii to see.
