My pokemon team

I just want to know if my pokemon team is any good. Im trying to make a good one but its hard so here is the one i have now...

Torterra-Crunch,Leafstorm,Earthquake,SwordsDance.

Rapidash-FlareBlitz,Bounce,Megahorn,DoubleTeam.

Milotic-Icebeam,HydroPump,DragonPulse,AquaRing.

Gengar-Psychic,ShadowBall,SludgeBomb,DestinyBond.

Vespiquen-AttackOrder,DefenceOrder,HealOrder,PowerGem.

Snorlax-Crunch,Earthquake,RockSlide,BellyDrum.

And thats my team,If you have any suggestions or can help me to improvve this team anymore please post thanks.

I actually envy you. except maybe you should replace your rapidash with an imported Charizard or Salamence so you could still have a strong fire type but then have a pokemon that can also fly so moving around is much easier
