My RE Disk isn't working :?

I bought just bought RE4: Wiimake and RE: Zero.

But for some reason Zero isn't working properly. Its used though and there are some scartches on it. Does anyone know any disk burrfering techniques. Or is there anything I can do to make it work??

you got a broken disk go return it.
