1. Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass: Fun game. I still havnt beaten it because I am currently playing FF12.
2. Finalantasy 12 Revenant Wings: The Game I am currently playing. It is a really fun RTS that has me sucked in.
3. Contra 4: I just recenly beat this in hard mode. Ya... it was hard as FLIP!!!
4. Dragon Quest Monsters Joker: I beat this a while ago. It was ok.
5. Pokemon Pearl: I recently restarted this game again and lost interest in it, but it was fun the first time through.
6. Dungeon Explorer Warriors Of Ancient Arts: I dont know what it is about this game that has me hooked, but I think the WiFi is excellent
7. Custom Robo Arena: Great game, but better WiFi
8. Lunar Nights: Best RPG So Far
9. Full Metal Alchemist Trading Card Game: Best TCG on DS
10. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Ring Of Fates (J): Will be better after I get the US version. :D
Games to come that I know will be my favorite:
FFCC Ring Of Fates (US)
Ninja Gaiden DS
Eco Creatures
I've only had my DS for a few months but I'm really digging:
1. The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass - I need to fight Bellum, but I'm trying to find all the heart pieces 1st
2. New Super Mario Bros. - Beat it, but still havent unlocked World 4 or 7
3. Pokemon Diamond - on Victory Road to fight the Elite Four
4. Star Fox Command - Beat it once, but Krystal was w/Panther? WTF? I just bought it a few days ago though.
5. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Just started Case #4. Miles Edgeworth murdered someone? This game gets crazier and crazier.
6. Jam Sessions - One of my favorite games, I love to play around with it and practice my rhythm.
7. Brain Age - Pretty fun, haven't spent a whole lot of time with it, but I'm glad it made me finally learn how to play Sudoku!
8. Worms: Open Warfare 2 - Haven't spent too much time with it yet, had trouble getting on the Wi-Fi.
9. Metroid Prime Hunters - Haven't really played it that much yet... Just the first 20 minutes. I'm a huge fan of the console Metroid Prime Trilogy, so I'm sure this one will be really fun as well. The controls seem funky though.
And I don't think I've played any other games yet for the DS... I really wanna try Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, Mario Kart DS, Professor Layton, Call of Duty 4, Ninja Gaiden, Kirby Canvas Curse, Dementium: The Ward, Contra 4, Elite Beat Agents and Picross.
1 = Pokemon Diamond. Simply because the pokemon series was the first games i played as a child and i have loved them ever since.
2 = Megaman Battle Network 5: Double team. I have had hours of entertainment from this game and has never dissapointed me.
3 = Naruto: Path of a Ninja. I love the naruto tv program (Sub not dub) and have beaten this game only twice but still i like it.
4 = Bleach: Blade of Fate. The ds needed a good fighting game and bleach delivered.
5 = Megaman Starforce. An update of the megaman battle network series. Nuff Said
The rest i haven't played yet but presume there good.
6 = Final Fantasy 3
7 = Lunar Nights
8 = Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass
9 = Pokemon Blue Mystery team
10 = (Insert Good Game here)

I'll just write this top 5, with five other games at the bottom as "honourable mention."
1. Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow. This was my first DS game, and even after beating it once, i found myself going back to it and replaying it again and again. The upgradable weapons and collecting enemies' souls gets quite addicting, and the extra modes included are top-notch. Well worthy of the top spot on my list.
2. Picross DS. I bought this in August 2007 and i played it regularly every day until about October, when i had beaten most of the puzzles and spent tens of hours trying to finish them. Better yet, there are new puzzle packs to download as well as daily challenges, so Picross is sure to keep you busy long after you complete the main puzzles.
3. Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga. It really tells you something when i finish the 30 levels spanning the six Star Wars movies and only collect 52% of everything there is to find. The value you get with this game is fantastic, as you'll be playing through the story atleast twice and then searching every nook and cranny looking for that final minikit piece. Great value.
4. Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords. A fantastic mashup of the RPG genre and the clas-sic puzzler Bejeweled, Puzzle Quest will hold your attention for a good while with the attention-holding story and the super addictive gameplay. You can train your mounts and build your empire with 4 different occupations, each changing your in-game strategy, ensuring multiple playthroughs.
5. Pogo Island. I'm probably biased with this title, as i was a fan and avid user of EA's pogo.com casual games website long before the five-game compilation was announced, but it's great for any time of the day, whether you're on the bus going to school or wanting to kill some time in the waiting room. Better yet, in-game tokens can be transferred to your online account, giving you incentive to play more.
Rounding out the top ten (in no particular order): Metroid Prime Pinball, Custom Robo Arena, Mario Kart DS, Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, and Clubhouse Games.
Here's my top 5:
1. Advance Wars: Days of Ruin
2. Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
3. Call of Duty 4
4. Star Wars Legos: The Complete Saga
5. Final Fantasy III
I only have 11 DS games with one on the way (Dragon Quest Rocket Slime), so that means in order for me to have a Top 10 I just need to exclude a game from my collection! Easy! I'll exclude Sonic Rush, since it is the least favorite of my collection, which leaves me with:
#10: Final Fantasy III - I wasn't impressed with this game as it failed to live up to my expectations. I'd rate it 6.5 out of 10.
#9: Etrian Odyssey - This game isn't bad, but it requires a LOT of time to play; perhaps more time than I can afford. 7 / 10.
#8: Lunar Knights - I'm currently playing this... So far, it's a pretty solid game. 7.5 / 10
#7: Metroid Prime Pinball - I actually had a lot of fun playing this game... It's pretty cool! 8 / 10
#6: Bomberman Land Touch - Great fun... Plenty of great mini-games that are challenging and great use of touch screen! 8 / 10
#5: Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow - I played this one AFTER PoR, so it felt like it wasn't much different. Still a great game. 8.5 / 10
#4: Castlevania Portrait of Ruin - This game was awesome and a lot of fun! Classic Castlevania experience! 8.5 / 10
#3: Zelda Phantom Hourglass - This was the first DS game I got and played, and it goes without saying that it was great! 9 / 10
#2: Mario Kart DS - It's Mario Kart! What more needs to be said?? 9 / 10
And the best game of my collection is...
#1: New Super Mario Bros - Classic Mario fun meets fresh & beautiful new presentation! Insanely fun multiplayer, too! 9.5 / 10
My top 10 ds games in no particular order
1) Pokemon Pearl ~ I loved the old games on the gba and this one was even better. I dont think anyother game i own has taken almost 200 hours of my life ._.
2) Mario Kart DS ~ the best mario kart game in the series. I even loved Wi-Fi except all of the snaking. ( i taught myself how to snake, and only used it when other people were snaking)
3)Animal Crossing ~ This game i continue to play even after owning it all these years.
4) Advanced Wars Dual Strike ~ Lots of play time, and i unlocked everything. I just picked up days of ruin, but it still hasnt grabbed my attention as well as the 1st one.
5) NIntendogs ~ I know there wasnt much "gaming" to be done in nintendogs, but it still introduced all of the different features on the ds (mic, touch screen, etc)
6) Final Fantasy III ~ the first rpg that i got into on the ds
7) New Super Mario Bros ~ Really short but i played through it countless times.
8 ) Tetris DS ~ Great Puzzle game, and great online
9.) Metroid Prime Hunters ~ Great online
10) Pheonix Wright Series
In no particular order...
Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Taiko no Tatsujin DS Touch de Dokodon
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
Mario Kart DS
Tetris DS
Contra4
Viewtiful Joe DS
New Super Mario Bros.
Nanostray
Castlevani: Portrait of Ruin

these may not be included in my top ten but i still love these games: Advance Wars series, Castlevania and Contra..
1. Chrono Trigger DS- great remake, with a good story, good cast, and a large amount of replayability.
2. Advance Wars Dual Strike- Fun gameplay(broken after awhile if you use the Sami/Eagle combo), decent storyline.
3. The World Ends With You- Innovative gameplay, good story, good cast(except Sho Minamimoto).
4. Mario kart DS- Fun game with friends.
5. Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass- Fun gameplay(although I hated the Ocean Palace).
6. Advance Wars: Days of Ruin- Good dark story, interesting gameplay concept(CO power does not affect every unit, do not as much money as in the previous titles, more of a survival fight instead of an Advance War fight).
7. Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days- Good gameplay, decent enough story.
8.Shonen Jump Superstars- Great gameplay.
9. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney- Wacky cast of characters.
10. Pokemon Diamond- New features were fun.
