My Wii Hates Mario Party 8

Its True. The past three times I have put the disk in, my Wii has literally Spit it out. It rejects the disk. Yeah, of course I can just dust it off and put it back in and it will play, but still, my wii is off the ground, so this may break the disk one day. My question is: WHY? The disk looks fine to me. It could at least accept it, Saying something like: Disk Could Not be read, or even just push the disk out, it dosent have to spit it out. But it does. Has anyone else had this problem? With any game? Its just Mp8 that does this. All other games work fine.

I bought this game at my Local Gamestop. This only happens randomly too, plus My webcam sucks, but I can try to get a video of it.
