Is it just me, or is the DS Lite's plastic so flimsy I was playing it and i bent to the extent that it broke in half?(Wait..... I think the last part was a dream....). Anywho, please help me, my brain is kind of... ummmmm...... needy and it kindof does things uncontrollably(... So that explains this post)... and I dont to go off at random people because I'm so stupid I might've accidentily just copied someone elses topic...( It's not my fault I didnt want to read all.... hat 2 trillion pages *wwaaaaaaaahhh*..)

He's saying that his DS feels to him flimsy, and he's having nightmares about it snapping in half. There were a few cases of the original launch white DS lite having shell issues, but it was an exceedingly small number and it hasn't been an issue since month 3 of the lite's launch.Nintendo products are designed somewaht rugged, so unless you're remarkably abusive you should be fine.

They are built pretty well, I think they have a background in who plays with their systems. A decent sized portion of DS owners are children(under 12) and they have to be sturdy to take some of the punishment that those kids will deal out. I remember (about6 years ago) my sister threw my game-boy color 10 feet down our hallway into some wooden siding, the batteries popped out but when i stuck them in it still worked fine.
