I have6 xbox 360 games, about 10 psp games, 1 psp and 1 gig memory stick all of which I plan to trade to EB games. A simple question. As i havent been actively involved in nintendo since the days of the N64 i need to ask, is it true a new DS model is approaching? How Soon if so? And second, do you think my aforementiond trade in should get me close to a cheap sales price of a ds and a couple games?

There are rumors of a new DS model, but even if the rumors are true it wouldn't be out anytime soon. Used DS Lites go for 99$ at EB Games, and a new one will cost you 129$.

And see this handy guide I found for trade in prices.

There have been rumors about a new DS, but nothing confirmed. Since they are cheap new or used, you should be able to get a system and numerous games for your trade in.

I don't think you should trade in your old systems just to save a "few bucks." You never know when you might want them back or better games come out. Also, many people regret trading in their old systems. And yes, you should buy a DS :]

Yeah i cant see them getting rid of the gba port just yet. Not unless the new ds comes with more ram. They not long ago bought out a browser that came with a 10 meg ram expansion that went into the gba port. Wiki hinted the expansion pack could be used in future games.
