Why do you buy wii for the m rating. Also why do you even care if a game is M. All that means is that it has things in it that my not be appropriate for people under the age of 18. SSBB is undoubtly the best videogame fighter in the past generation but it's only rated T.
Why do you want Mature games so badly? You should be caring about good games. There is a difference.

Call of Duty 4 was the first CoD game to be rated M. Other were rated T. But yea. E-T has some quality games. But upcoming rated M gamers are Madworld, No More Heroes 2, The Conduit and etc.
