A word of advice: don't post your email address in plain view. Spam bots scour the internet for email addresses, and posting one in a public place will almost guarantee that it will be harvested and spammed like crazy.
At any rate, if you want Wii friends, just make friends with people and get them from them in private once you know each other. No need to make a topic specifically for that purpose.
