Hey guys, I just got a 3DS and am loving it so far, but I have a couple of questions. 1. I purchased a few used games and it seems that there is already progress when I play them. Is there a way to reset them? 2. Since the 3DS XL is coming, should I take the one I just got back and trade it towards the XL?

1. Deleting the saves. However, some games like RE: The Mercenaries 3D don't have this option so you can't. 2. The 3DS XL doesn't fix a lot of design problems in my opinion, so be happy with the one you have :D

the only difference between the 3DS you have and the XL is size and battery life. it's about twice as big, but the screens are also twice as big (which may or may not slightly compromise image quality) and the battery life lasts twice as long. it's a matter of preferring size or portability.

The 3DS XL is pretty much just a larger device. If you don't mind the current size of the screens/system or like the portability of it; just keep it. The XL has slightly better battery but nothing too significant (3.5 - 6.5 hours for the XL vs 3 -5 hours for the existing model)

Yeah, and this might have been stated, but the 3DS XL's screen size may make things look blocky...Am i right? So what i would do is wait and see how bad it is, and if it looks bad, and you don't want to switch, then you should keep your current 3DS. I will see how it is first before buying it.
