new 3rd ds design

has anyone heard any other info about the rumored new ds other than:

it has already finished design, will have bigger screens, have no GBA slot, have on-board memory, and also be lighter (maybe smaller too?)

I think they will eventually come out with the third design.I don't see how they can makeit smaller but still give it bigger screens.
