[Edit] But after thinking about it, usualy they have characters in pairs for most nintendo games. Mario and Luigi, Wario and Waluigi,Sonic and Shadow?? Also, there is Link and young lnk so why not mario and paper mario. I see no reason for toad but what ever.
I think paper mario in SSBB would rule, I suggested the idea a while ago, and the graphics would look so cool. Perhaps you could do a move that transforms mario into paper mario, like the zelda/sheik thing. a "paper cut" could be one of his moves lol. I dont think its going to happen and it definataly hasnt been confirmed.Â
