New Leaf: So what did you name your town?

Now that the game is out in NA, what did you name your town and why?

I named mine Nostromo after the ALIEN one ship because i had an alien marathon yesterday,so what about you?

I named my town, Pawnee. It's the greatest city in America. First in Friendship, Fourth in Obesity.

I didn't get it yet; I might just use my Username but add ia at the end so it would be HALberdia instead of HALberdier (Even though they are supposed to be pronounced the same way)

In the GCN version I named one town FortheWinington in City Folk I named my town Geno71.

I've not got my copy yet, but I'm thinking of naming mine either Zaphias, after the first city from Tales of Vesperia, or Gallifrey after Doctor Who.

I'm still waiting for it from amazon, but I'm going to name my town Enterna

and the character name I am picking I will likely just use my first name for it which is Cynder

As for reason of the town name, it pretty much shares the same name of a world I feel more attached to then this world.

Zooberry. I had been debating it all day but my boyfriend's friends were over and one of them told me to do that. Its his gamertag apparently but I think it makes for a really nice town name, especially for ANIMAL Crossing lmao.

Thought it was funny way to make a pun with one of my favorite words. Lets have a night on the town of Night! YAY, stupid, but I love it.

I named mine Inaba

I named mine Arcadia. 

It's a place in real life and has ties to Greek Mythology. It has also been "celebrated as an unspoiled, harmonious wilderness". Thought it was fitting. 

I named my town Yinrock, and my best friend named theirs Yangrock. :)

I Named Mine Galaxy because i love Galaxy stuff :D funny thing is on the first day the Able Sisters had a Nebula Tee for sale ^_^

Ordon.  I was gonna name it Kakariko but it wouldn't fit.  Also, I got the Link shirt and pants from fortune cookies.. I think the game KNOWS.

Maple, I wanted to call it Mapletown (like the cartoon) but that name was too long.
I think Maple is cute.
