We don't know much about the new Zelda game. It could have Captain Falcon as the main character for all we know.

That is correct, Link won't be in the new game. Instead, I'll be replacing him in this game and every other Zelda game to come.

Captain Falcon is Zelda? It would be fun to FALCON PWNCH ganon in a game other than brawl/melee. Someone should hack Twilight Princess so you can do that.

It's true, Link will not be included in the next Zelda game. It's been confirmed that Ganondorf successfully captured Link and it's up to the Master Sword to save him. Zelda has some minor roles but all in all, she's just some lazy minor character. The fairy from OoT is back and this time, she has full acting! Note: Sarcasm :PKenny789

Well the main character can really be renamed by the player, effident by Ocarina of Time. And Princess Zelda is the key to the Triforce, and Link is usually an hired help, & not all Zelda games are the same. But so far, only4 games has Link's name, Zelda 2: Adventures of Link, Linkto the Past, Link's Awakening,& Link's Crossbow Training. Besides that, their wouldn't be a Hyrule without Zelda proven in Wind Waker, but Hyrule can move on with or without Link. And she usually holds clues & key items in defeating Ganon/Ganondorf and anything else inbetween. Pretty much Princess Zelda is the figurehead of the series. But it's also possible that there might be more to Zelda then the series has yet to expand upon.

It was reallyjust a sequel for a Link to the Past, in a story telling what become of Link after the quest.

Well technically she did had a brief cameo appearance, during the flashback of Link remembering the Song of Time.

I actually heard that replacing link would be the original cast of Roseanne. John goodman plays our tunic-touting hero, sporting his signature flannel shirts, and instead of a sword uses everyday household Items to fight his way through the middle class to return the kidnapped Roseanna back to their kingdomgarrett_duffman

Yes, the next Legend of Zelda will not have Link. Instead, you play as a Cyborg Soldier sent to assassinate him, and when you do, you realize you messed up so you take his Master Sword and fulfill his footsteps. Not only this, but because you killed Link, Zelda has a grudge against you now and you're basically hated by everyone even though you work for the better good. And guess what? It looks like all fairies got voice acting!

In the next Zelda you play as ganondorf and beat the living **** out of everyone in sight. There are only 6 bosses in the game. Navi,The annoying owl from OoT,the annoying baby goron from MM,Epona,giant monster midna,zelda,and link
