New to Pikmin..is 1 worth playing...?

Pikmin 3 has peaked my interest ..but I have never played the first two. I easily found the new play control Pikmin 2..but 1 is super hard to find around me. Is 1 worth playing or should i jsut start with 2 and hop into 3. Thanks.

If I were you, I would start with 3, since it is coming out in a few days and I would not be able to hold my excitement until after completing the first two.

The first isn't worth playing if you have the second. There's really no reason to play the original at this point, just buy 3. meetroid8
