Just got a Wii today, loving every minute of it. One question though, do Composite cables make a big difference in picture quality? When i first got my 360 i just used the standard red white & yellow cables, then i found out i can use two others, and even though my TV is standard def the quality difference was noticable. So in short, should i get these cables for my Wii? and are there an official Nintendo accessories for this? thanks much!

what i would suggest is get some cheaper 3rd party ones and use those the picture quality is noticbly better but i think that only applies to a EDTV or HDTV since they usally support the 16:9 format and also 480P i dont think itll be that noticble on a standerd def tv.. only get them if there rlly cheap

Use component cables whenever you can. GameSpot had a side by side comparison of composite vs component and it's obvious that the component cables will give it a crisp sharper look. I wish I could link you to it, but I'm posting from the Wii, so go type in "wii composite component" into the search and the article should pop up.
