its an April fools joke. if you notice the date it was put on youtube, it was March 31st.....one day before April 1st (April Fools Day) i think it would be a cool idea but its fake

Dude this Video is so old and everyone knows it is fake, I was a joke made on April Fool's Day last year.

I think it's fake.

It looks cool but at the same time it's a shame : legend of zelda should stay medievil.

I don't think a new Zelda game for the Wii is going to be made so soon. Correct me if I'm wrong but the GC only had two Zelda games : Wind Waker and Twilight Princess - the last one in the end of its life.Okami_Link

Four Swords was fun but it was nothing more than a 2d game with super Nintendo graphics. The Gamecube only had 2 real Zelda titles.

i agree. i mean i liked it how it was before. and now theve got and put it into the future. i was dissapointed when it said that link wouldnt be riding a horse ( epona) he would be riding a motor bike and he calls his motor bike epona. ( weird or what???)

i was also dissapointed when he said that link would have a gun instead of a sword. its like they have completely changed a zelda game. i wont buy it even if i am a BIG zelda fan.:(

A futuristic Zelda would be so cool, I'm tired of this "take the master sword and defeat Ganon" story. But what I don't like is those fanboy who are afraid of changes. The only reason why Nintendo made Twightlight princess was to please the American fans. TP is not the most popular one in japan. Myamoto (or is it the other guy), said that TP would be the last of it's kind, That's a good news in my hears. You have to move forward in gaming if you want to survives.vnc20100

thats because if your going to make such a drastic change like that, then it wont be the same thing. its like this: say that a cute bookworm girl is the current zelda, and that wild and crazy smokin hot girl is the futuristic girl. lets say you going out with the bookworm girl. she's been there with you since the beginning (sincechildhood)and things were fine. but then one dayshethinks she wants to get a makeover to be like the crazy party girl so that you dont lose interst in her. she does the makeover and now she's changed. now you feel bad because although she's your girlfriend, she's not the boookworm you feel in love with. she's completely changed and you miss her because she's not herself. she's changed and that sucks because she tried to be like everyone else (figuratively speaking, she wants to be darker so more guys can like her). thats how fanboys feel about drastic changes to franchises they've liked since they were kids.

I don't agree, you can't compare girls with games :P But in all seriousness, other franchises had drastic changes in the past and it worked well. Mario ---> Mario 64 ----> Galaxy, Metroid ---> Prime, Resident evil --- > 4 ---> and even umbrella chronicles. Yo have to change in the videogame business if you want to stay live. That should be the case with zelda, it already had drastic changes in the past, but now's the time to go to new directions again.
