Considering how high of user ratings the import Bleach games got i wonder if the English version might score a 9. I was also wondering if jam Sessions could do it and just noticed the release date has been changed to Oct 30! amazon still has it listed as sept 11 though.
I think Zelda PH stands the best chance, but honestly I think that GS will rate it a bit lower - an 8.0-8.5. The controls look a bit clunky to me (although according to the previews I've read they apparently work well), and considering GS seems really picky about Wii and DS controls I think they'll knock a few points off for no d-pad support.
Now that those two are out of the way, I'd guess Zelda and Ninja Gaiden (Both out on the same day :) )

Common misconception. NG isn't coming out till november. Game sites really need to fix their dates. It would be sort of a bad idea to release NG on the same day, it cant compete with Zelda. I'm not saying NG's quality wont rival it, or even surpass Zelda, I'm just saying A LOT more people are familiar with it, and it's A LOT more popular. Grr I hate that.
My bet is on Phantom Hourglass aswell. I don't think Jam Sessions or Contra 4 will get 9's... Gamespot can be very strict on ratings (compared to IGN atleast).

Most likely Zelda will be getting a 9.0 max, and Ninja Gaiden could be getting up to a 9.5. But I don't see it coming since GS is completely biased against the DS, most of the DS scores given are below the 9.0.
Crystal Chronicles may have a chance, since they seem quite excited about it. It also got a good Famitsu review, so here's hoping. But that's not out for ages.
