A High Score Channel seems the most fun out of all those choices, at least how I imagine it. All the VC games that keep scores could be directly linked to a leaderboard. I'm sure that's not possible at this point, but it'd be awesome. It would add a whole lot of replayability and value to some of the VC games, like Star Soldier or even the original Super Mario Bros.

thus i would still like (hope) on the demo thing :P
The manga thing ain't gonna happen, Nintendo would just make the Mii channel updatable for that, and the Video Game News Channel will be just a video game version of the News Channel. I like the idea of a Demo Channel, though.
