But for the 3DS it is 3D Classics Kirby's Adventure 20th Anniversary Edition.

That sounds awesome! But I need to know what games are on it first before purchase. If they're all games I've played I won't be purchasing.

I hope that they make some updates to the games they include, i wouldn't mind if they just include the old games without updates, but it would give people more incentive to buy it if they did.

Most 2D games,plus Kirby 64.

But knowing Nintendo,it will be just the NES & GB & SNES games.

Knowing Nintendo they will probably just dump a bunch of old roms on a disc, however if the price is reasonable im in.

This should be a budget title though, I couldn't see myself paying full price for it.

Interesting, but they should add something really worth it, i mean i didn't pick the SMB 25th because, well, it wasn't worth it, now with Kirby, they should add Kirby's Adventure, Kirby's Super Star, Kirby's Dream Land 3, Kirby's Avalanche and Kirby 64 at the very least for me to give it a try.

I have most of the kirby games on my Wii and 3DS so I doubt this would be that good for me. But I'll wait and see what's all on it and how much it costs.

Awesome! It's great to see Kirby getting this kind of treatment, first of all. Quietly, between the DS and Wii outings, this has probably become Kirby's best gen, so to see it topped off with a collection like this is icing on the cake.

Honestly, I don't even care what games are on the collection, given that my retro Kirby collection doesn't extend beyond Kirby's Adventure, which I don't have at this very moment, and the DS remake of Kirby Superstar. Therefore, I'm pretty much sure I'll be taking part of mostly fresh experiences with this compilation.

Count me in. :)

it will probably be all the wii VC kirby games on 1 disc...maybe a music cd too.

ummm...if it is just that then ill pass... ill buy them for the VC instead...i have adaptors to use my nes,snes, and n64 controllers...so id get a better experience on the VC.

My Kirby collection is made up of Kirby's Adventure (Wii VC) and Kirby's Dreamland (3DS VC).

I have played Kirby Superstar Ultra (DS) and Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards and that is it.

I still need Epic Yarn and Return to Dreamland.

Never played any Kirby games other than Epic Yarn, so maybe I'll pick this up!

So... i'm not the only one who was miffed at Ninty's treatment of Metroid. Mario? All Stars re-release. Zelda? Concerts and a compliation CD. Metroid? ......

Ehh. But that's besides the point. I'd have to wait and see what games make up the collection beforehand. I would have bought it right away if SS Ultra was featured, but I've managed to hunt down a copy already.

Dude,All Stars treatment was horrible.

The true celebration of the series' 25 years was SMG2.

And yeah,let's just hope they have more than enough games,come on!

We got Metroid Prime Trilogy this gen, the single best compilation ever. Three amazing games with the first two remade with superior controls and enhanced lighting, Metroid has had its fancy celebration for the gen :P

If Metroid had a new release in 2011 instead of Zelda, it would have been the focus. That just isn't how it turned out, and it isn't nearly as popular as Zelda anyway.meetroid8
