Just had a massive hit of nostalgia. All about DRAGON QUEST V, probably one of my top 3 favorite video games. Go grab my DS, still looks great. Smaller than I remember. Go get the charger. Best to shit, absolute train wreck with spliced bits of frayed wires. After hours of tinkering conclude it's a no go. Buy new charger, works great. New problem now. The one I'm asking help with. The orange light turns on... DS turns on... But as soon as it's unplugged, it dies. Stranger yet, is the orange light turns off after 5-10 minutes of charging. I believe it's the battery pack, but if anybody knows of a cheap easy fix or other solution I'd be willing to try it before buying/finding one.
