Everytime I turn on my DS, when the Nintendo DS and hazardous warning screen appears, the jingle is more high pitched than it should be. Does anyone know why?
lol! i had this problem exactly! and it wasnt my birthday! what i did, was just leave it overnight and it went back to normal. its just really high pitched but the same noise it makes. dw, it will sort itself out.

i think its supposed to echo. something about "depth of sound"
No, I mean sometimes it does the usual startup tune (how it does echo then fades down), then sometimes it's as if it plays the tune twice at once and they are overlapping eachother. I can tell because it's louder than usual and there is twice as many chimes as usual.
