Nintendo ds the sellout?

Has Nintendo become a sellout with all of these low-quality games? Do not get me wrong games like Order of Eclessia, Chrono Trigger, and Pokemon Platinum are great. However when I see "My Little Pony Pinkie Pie Party" ( thats a real game by the way!!! Go ahead and google that, please do)next to The Phantom Hourglass, and New Super Mario Bros. , I question Nintendos' LOYALTY! For every 23 NINTENDO DS games only 1 or 2 are worthy of playing. Does anyone else feel the same?

Dont get me wrong I think its great for Nintendo to expand its audience to all ages and genders, but I just wish at least a few more First party titles would come about and save us all from this third party evrything nonsense, you know?

As TriniPlayer said, the Nintendo DS was made so everyone can play. From the little girl who likes everything ponies and dolls to those grumpy old men that hate kids touching their lawns. :)

EDIT: It takes time to make games. You can't expect new games/sequels come in a few months.

LOL you just had me picture some old dude Playing My stop smoking coach while yelling at sum kids, but the thing that is annoying me is that when I go to find a new game to buy, it takes a whole lot of my time just to find a decent game.

Yeah, Nintendo releases a bunch of **** titles to the DS. The whole point is to make money which means they've been sellouts all along and proud of it. They aren't trying to remain a company that only makes games for the hardcore gamers. They just put out what they think will sell.

It isn't Nintento's fault that companies make games for their system that you don't like. And its not their fault that you don't like those games. I don't know about you, but when I buy games, I usually know what to look for and what to avoid based on my personal tastes.Milkncooke

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there a healthy selection of garbage games on every system ever made? I don't think the DS is unique in this respect.

There is plenty of games. You don't only have to buy first party. Get out and find them.

Your wrong! The GP2X doesn't have any games on it so it has no garbage on it either.

3rd party stuff on the DS usually isn't very good. Almost all 1st party games are amazing though.
