I'm just going to out on a limb here and say that's a fake.

I'll just start with two reasons: the two screens can't be different sizes - all it would do is either stretch or squish one of the screens since all DS games are made for two same-sized screens; the stylus is obviously too long to be housed within the body of the "DS".

EDIT: also, the bottom screen doesn't match the action on the top. Speaking of the top screen, what Mario Kart game is that?
