I think Nintendo has their act together pretty well. It's still incredibly hard to find a Wii. They're still selling out everywhere. Whereas PS3 and 360? At my store we had to ask our warehouse to stop shipping them. We have about 50 360s and about 30 PS3s in our miniscule electronics department. Granted the 360 is a year-old system, so I'm not suprised, but all our PS3s are just sitting there. Nobody's buying them. Whenever we get a shipment of Wiis they sell out within the hour. Online will come eventually, but online isn't everything. Nintendo has done an incredible job so far.
Why should they kneel to what PS3 and 360 owners want? That's a damn silly argument - if they want PS3 and 360 online games, they'll buy a PS3 or a 360. Nintendo is trying to do something different, and are succeeding so far, give them some credit.

Nintendo seems to think they're in a great position and getting better, and who could blame them. So they really couldn't care less about those telling them to "get their act together"
