The Wiiware section of the Wii shop channel is not being taken advantage of- it is underused. We can't download extra track for guitar hero 3! i know this may be the makers of guitar hero's fault, but there could be a section for songs for it in the wii ware section. Wii ware could also have things like patches for games if they ever need them. Ok go.
When they announced Wiiware I got excited, because I'd really like to be able to write cheezy little games then run them on my Wii. I don't know if that will be possible.
