[QUOTE="Jonwh18"][QUOTE="campzor"] yeeee no...id be shocked if it wasnt on a playstation device. If anything make it multiplatcampzor
Meh I say no. I'm gonna be honest, If I was a fanboy of anything I'm a sony fanboy. However with that being said ninty polishes the crap out of their first party games. When i say that i want ninty to buy the license, I mean I wan the list of games that everybody says are ninty's exclusives to read Mario, Zelda, Pokemon, Smash Bros, Timesplitters, Metroid, ect. Ninity would just do a better job with the game. It was originally a game made by people who previously worked on goldeneye so timesplitters would fit right in with the other exclusives. I love sony but i just don't like any of their devlopers would get it right. They might add a billion options, and a billion characters, and make great graphics, but it would never have that atmosphere that nintendo games have. I'm explaining this really really badly sorry lol
Im afraid you are explaining it really bad, because i didnt feel any 'nintendo magic' when i played the first 3 games on the ps2. Not saying ninty couldnt do a decent job.. but i rather the team that made the old games make this one.that team has been split up though. The majority are in one of three places. 1 still at crytek with the remnants of free radical, at rare which is now owned by microsoft, or skattered around several dev having been laid off by free radical when they were about to go bankrupt at the end. But if the original team could be scrapped back together again then I would deffinately pick them over a ninty studio. The olds of that happening though are even less then the odds of ninty buying the game's licsense.
Something else that I thought of that would benifit timesplitter as a ninty first party game, is lack of cometition. On the Wii U more then likely there won't be an abundance of FPS games. A game like timesplitters would be vastly different from the modern fps games like cod, battlefield, killzone, or halo. Timesplitters would be in its own niche where it could thrive wthout being picked over for a cod or battlefield game. You might say"ohh well without competition the games will suck" but ninty does a pretty decent job of exctracting excellence from its first party devs. Mario the like face little cometition from other wii games made by third parties, and yet there are very few bad first party ninty games. So it could be a multiplat in theory but I have a feeling that It would get slaughtered just like every other small name FPs that few epeople have heard of.
