Nintendo power 20th birthday greatest games list

I don't care how good the series is it is not good enough to take number one or number two on every system except the DS. just not possible.ORIGINAL-EGAD1

Ocarina of Time is the best game ever, hence it's the best N64 game. You may have a personal preference, but all in all, you can't deny what OoT did for 3D gaming and for our happy gaming. At least this one can't be denied.

But every other 3D game you beat was made thanks to what Super Mario 64 and Ocarina of Time did for gaming. It comes down to that.

I'm not going to give you a history lesson, but I'll say 3D game design standards were set by those two games. Take Z-targetting in Ocarina of Time. Not to mention button mapping. The list goes on, but those are the games that solved most 3D gaming design paradigms.

They didn't solve it they just beat every one else to it. Yes OoT was a epic except for the camera.

Of course, if another game achieved what Ocarina fo Time achieved, this one game would be considered the best game of all time. Thank you Cpt. Obvious... Although I doubt any other dev would have put everything Ocarina of Time had in one single game, it would have taken many different games until every of its features were fully achieved.

As for the camera, the Z button did the job. But thankfully we got the C-Stick the following gen.

Wasn't there supposed to be some kind of huge epic exclusive game info in that issue of nintendo power? I thought I remembered a thread about that last month...gtyper1086

They gave Galaxy top for the Wii. And the Gamecube was Resident Evil 4.
