Nintendo USB

My router is rubbish and wont let me onto the wifi on my DS. I have tried to change my settings and it just plain doesnt want to work. Its a Netgear it works for everything elseincluding 360, PSP andWii but no luck with the DS.

Now that the Vista drivers were done for the Nintendo USB I was going to get one a while ago but ended up not getting one.

Basically the Nintendo USB has been discontinued and I am wondering if Nintendo still supports the USB? A local game store has a new one but I dont want to waste 30quid if it doesnt work and I cant get my money back.

My router is great, but my brother put a WEP lock on it a while back (The DS isn't compatible with it). I bought a Wifi Connector from Nintendo (I think 2007), and it isn't so great.

I can never just turn my DS and start playing online. I always have to fiddle with it for it to work.

Edit: Lol. Forgot to say that it still does work. I used it like 2 weeks ago.

Yeah, there are a lot of complains aboutNinty USB stick. One of them is the overheating problem, also slow connections and frenquently disconnections are reported.

As a result, the company has been prevented from trading in any products adhering to the 802.11a/g standards in the US, including the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB connector.
