I'd include a few characters from No More Heroes (like Henry) even though it's not fully Nintendo. That game is awesome. A bit of advice: Don't include Bowser Jr. XD. Also, Ridley from Metroid, Donkey Kong, Star Wolf, Goomba, King DeDeDe, Meta Knight, the dog from Duck Hunt, Hammer Bros., and that's all I can think of right now, but I think of more I'll type 'em in or send a PM :D (Good luck on the movie)

SPOILERS FOR PIKMIN 2!!!

What about Louie from Pikmin 2? He was the one who ate all of the Pik Pik carrots which landed the company in debt in the first place. Also, it is suggested that he was controling the final boss with his subconscious dreams to kill Olimar. Louie creeps me out. He wanted to be called the King of Bugs after that whole ordeal.

All these suggestions and no one's mentioned Team Rocket yet? :P
