i have a 360 cause i got it for free and i really wanted rainbow six. online i can find on my pc free.
Headsets are lame, despite the occasional funny moments silence is much betterDarkStar_109Unless you really have teamwork. I've played so much Halo that when my mic is broken I feel I've lost half of the online experience and am killing my team by not communicating with them. If Nintendo is smart they will make a headset by connecting to the Wiimote (Nunchuck style) and having an additional port on it (Glade plug-in style) so you can connect the nunchuck still. Because face it, you just can't have online without the headset.

Well technically it's multiple games online. Now WoW, is only one game, at a surprising price. Too much for a game like that.
do u think theyll make wii headsets for online gamesim567
I was thinking about making a topic about this sometime, but since you brought this up, I'll just post it here:
I have a feeling that they will come out with a headset, and come out with them this year. At E3, I believe that they will be making an announcement that Wii Music will include agame where you can sing some things, and because of this they will be including a headset. No other "Wii" game so far (Wii Sports and Wii Play) has come out by itself. WiiSports came with the Wii, and Wii Play came with the Wiimote (although you could get the Wiimote seperately). I believe that Nintendo knows that these games, while appealing to the casuals, would not sell as well without having a kind of bundle with it. They will probably keep it up with Wii Music and any other "Wii" games that come out. And I can't think of a more useful thing to bundle Wii Music with than a headset, especially if I'm right about them having a singing game in there. That way not only do they get the casuals that they would have bought it anyway, they could have the regular gamers at least considering getting it. They would probably do something similar to Wii Play and the Wiimote, where they allowed the option to get it without buying the game, and having a small price added on for the Wii Music/headset bundle.
They only need headsets for co-op online play. Anything else doesn't matter to me. I think the Wii has Bluetooth technology, so the headsets could connect that way. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.Mr_Doodle
No, you're absolutely correct. The Wii uses the BT standard for communicating with the controllers. So, in theory at least, it could use BT Headsets.
