I am sorry for asking this question but i haven't got any good proof on google, some say yes other said no and so on.

Right, i am from Norway and i'm going to America this summer and i'm very skeptical if Wii is region free, because in Norway the Wii is expensive. So have any of you people have any proof/confirmed the Wii is region free? Thank you. :)

There are ways to make your Wii region-free, all but one void your warranty though.

Datel's Freeloader is the sole exemption. Only it's not guarenteed to work with any game made after brawl. Just be careful about using it.

Thanks for the help guys really appreciated. I have heard about the freeloader, my friend used to use it for his Nintendo Gamecube. Anyway, another question, when i mean region free are the NTSC version compatible with a PAL Television? If it is a yes, then great i could always order games from the interent. ;)
