Nintendo's Revolution

I believe the Wii is going to have games that will appeal to the hardcore gamers. Hopefully Nintendo learned from the sales of the other consoles that people liked them for their wide selection of games. Don't get me wrong, I loved the Gamecube. So far their are three gemes going to be made for the Wii that might satisfy those needs.

Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles (thought Nintendo has already supported the Resident Evil titles before.

I heard a rumor at one time that God of War 2 might go to the Wii. I'm not sure if it's true. If anyone has any info on any other games coming to the Wii, that will appeal to hardcore gamers, please list them here.

You make it sound as though a game for a 'hardcore' gamer are the violent games. That isnt the case at all, my most anticipated games are Mario Galaxy and Batallion Wars II.hazbazz

That's the first one that came to mind for me too, as well as RE4 Wii Edition. (hard to believe they actually went for that, it's gonna be great) Also, it's worth mentioning whatever rumor you heard about God of War 2 is wrong, caw, that's a Sony only game.
