Ninteno Announce some big things tomorrow! Look here!

"In terms of highlights coming out of this show, I'd say Nintendo's Iwata keynote is the one that you'll really want to watch (Jeremy will be live blogging it tomorrow morning). I thought he was just going to be talking about Motion Plus and DSi, but it turns out he's going to be announcing quite a few new games — for Wii, Wiiware, and Virtual Console (and this won't just be Nintendo titles, but also third party stuff). I've already heard about a few of them (including one that makes me all giddy…I can't wait for tomorrow now)."

I would like to know what it's gonna be... OMG! I'm extra excited, it's like christmas for me this week. Sony is also gonna be announcing some stuff.

Confirming the Gameboy and Gameboy Advance downloadable games for the DSi tomorrow is good enough for me, anything else is just icing on that cake.

I am trying not to get excited but keep in mind that Reggie works for Nintendo so he is basically paid to make us get excited for Nintendo's conference, this comment comes from a guy that works for 1Up, someone that probably thought E3 2008 was pretty bad and shares the same view of what is a good game with Nintendo fans.

This will be good, let's just hope that a major game is announced.

Don't expect anything. That way if they only talk about things we know about, no one gets mad.

Was anyone not expecting him to announce any games? Honestly all we have to look forward too at the moment is Punchout, S&P, and Exitebots. Not a very spectacular line-up and nothing for the holidays.Head_of_games

im not getting my hopes up. its not that i dont think nintendo has any great games in the works (im sure theyve got plenty cooking), its just that they have a recent history of hyping their not-so-exiting games. i really couldnt care less about wii music, animal crossing, or wii sports 2 (reason enough to hype them, i suppose. but theres no way im buying wii sports 2, no matter how much nintendo talks about it). why not tell us all about zelda, metroid, or some new ip geared more towards that type of gamer?

The biggest first party franchise that could appear is Star Fox or F-Zero, I seriously doubt games like Zelda, Metriod or Mario will make an appearance at GDC unless were talking about spin-offs or DS titles. Also, let's not count out a new IP (even though this doesn't sound like it's oing to be). It could also be something old. He mentions new games for Virtual Console, he could be giddy about Earthbound for all we know. That would be great but people hoping for a new Zelda would flip out and go on a whining spree.

If anybody's complaining tomorrow, I'll be laughing.

oh trust me when nintendo doesnt't announce a new zelda for the wii tommoro i'll be whinning. i have been waiting for this game for years. the last console zelda was announced in 04 and was supposed to come out for 05. its 09 now and yes zelda tp has been out since 06 but the game was held back so it could launch with the wii. so just for a heads up i'll be ranting tommoro or will be the happiest man in the world

if they announce anything new in regards to the big 3 tomorrow I'll literally poop my pants. I'm glad they won't, because I need to do laundry.
