No matter what I do my wii just wont connect to the net!

it manages to find my wireless connectionI type in the key but nothing! Ive tried all the different settings, my router setting ir WPA-PSK...hat am I doing wrong? ive googled and googled cnat find any decent answers!

There are some routers that Nintendo has stated the Wii will have connection issues with. Probably the most common was that cheapo ****** G Router that was $30 a few years ago. Thats my guess, but here is nintendo's comprehensive guide on connecting to teh internetz tubes

I had the same problem. Put your router and your Wii on WEP. I know there's risks but it fixed my problem.

I had the same problem. Put your router and your Wii on WEP. I know there's risks but it fixed my problem.

lol, WEP is almost as worse as having no encryption at all, I can enter your WLAN in less than 5 minutes xD Seriously, the Wiisbad online service is not worth risking your security, if anything, get a LAN asapter and go online wired. For better help I'd need more info like which model you have and if you get any error or what exactly happens

Tell her anyone can get all (!) data she sends to the internet and all data she receives, from passwords to credit card numbers, by just using a laptop in your area and spending a few minutes >__>
