when i read that topic i nealy cried, but thank god its only one of thoes crappy shopping sites that make up their release dates using a random number generator.
As the article says, it's no confirmation. It just means there's a change in release date that has not been confirmed yet. If you trust all of Best Buy's release dates, you're in trouble.
I don't mind. I know they're going to improve the game now, and not just have a sequel with slapped-on Wii controls. I think this game is really gonna be something special now.
Now, I'll tell you all something interesting. Several sites put the last day of the year as release date when only the release year is known. 12/31/07 means TBA 2007. I hope no one starts threads like that just to see people going mad anymore.
whether it comes out this year or not, wii still have a lot of games for this year: paper mario, mario galaxy amd brawl, not to mention all the other great third party title like dewy's adventure and no more heroes, so even if prime is delayed, it would actually be better so that it would be more polished and they would add online too :D

Anyone who believed it was scheduled for June 1st or Decemeber 31th is a fool. It's TBA 2007, and I'm amazed people are actually considering it might come in 2008.

Yeah, even Nintendo would not delay a game in Metroid's position until then. I think Brawl is the only game that has a chance, and it's a small one, to be released in '08.
I highly doubt that all of their major titles will come out this year. Who knows which ones will be delayed, but I'd put Metroid high up there (remember how long it took Hunters to come out for DS?)
I can believe it, Nintendo needs to spread out its big games, at this rate, the Big Three will be released in the same 2 quarters. If any one is pushed back, i would want it to be Metroid.
i really see no problem with this, it's obvious they are listening to us and how bad we want online play for it so they are giving ample amount of time to perfect everything in the game so it gets a solid 10 by our ratings lol
