What's wrong with the gym workout? It says: press B and Z alternately to run on the treadmill, but you only get to run even faster and fall. What's wrong with this?

And thestrenght training, I complete it, but he just reply: you make me the sad face, and yourstrenght doesnt improve. What's the problem with this too?

On the treadmill you have to be facing the opposite direction in which the treadmill track is going. i.e. if its going toward the trainer, you have to be running away from him. You also have to take the speed into account, if its going slow if you press the button too fast you will run off the edge even if you running in the right direction. With the strength training, you have to hit a certain number of them, like 85% of them or something like that.

The treadmill was the easy part. Strength training was weird to get used to at first though, and the last lvl is pretty brutal until you're in the zone

Ha, the instructions for the treadmill never tell you you are actually suppose to change direction with the control stick. I had trouble with the treadmill at first as well because of this. :P

Yeah, and if you start the minigame holding the stick to a direction, it won't work. Thank everyone for the replies. The muscle one is really hard though...

The treadmill one was fun and fairly challenging, but the strength one is just ridiculous! I got to about level 3 and just said screw it.
