Well he basically said this about a year ago when he first made that statement about the series needing more than the Wii and later clarified that he meant the next Nintendo console.
Thank god. Somehow I didn't think they would release another game for a Nintendo console. Such a shame that the series didn't really get to fruition with the Wii player-base. I gotta admit that the games weren't really polished all that well but the style and art were amazing and the story both ridiculous, funny and bad-ass.
Sweet! I loved the first one and I only have 3 more people to assassinate in the second one. It's a great series, but it just doesn't seem the same without motion control.
maybe they can release a trilogy and update the first 2 to HD. 8)

the only port of a port would be the first one...damn playstation..but the 2nd one would debut in HD on wiiU
like god of war collection?that would be alright but they should launch the third standalone , for their own benefit, and then repack it as a trilogy.I cant imagine the gorgeous graphics NMH 3 will have, God, it will be something.

Give it a rest? Its only been 2 games in 4 years lol. And no one said it was a trilogy, it could be 10 games. But Suda did say that NMH2 was probably it for Travis. I wouldn't mind seeing Shinobu take over as the protagonist.
I think NMH series would really benefit from the Wii U.
Think about it. What were the biggest problems with the 2 No More Heroes games? Constant bugs/glitches and camera control. The Wii U has hardware that can handle the series quirks and dual analogs to deal with the camera.

No more heroes 2 didnt do so good but is performing passably and might reach the first one sales. A third on a brand new console with more core appeal should do good enough.
