Australia is a PAL region.
The PAL version is "censored" so there is no blood. However, this is the way Suda51 originally planned the game. The blood was added in the NA version to appeal more the the folks who like a lot of blood and gore in their games to help boost sales (this being the perception he has of the American people).Â
So technically - you're buying the "original" version of the game, rather than the "modified" version.Â
