No new board for 3DS... why exactly?

Just wondering why the 3DS will not be getting it's own board?
I mean it still is a "DS" (dual screen), and yet it's a new generation.

Will it eventually get it's own board or not?

And if so why?

Gamefaqs has a 3DS section, I don't see why GS won't, I know they're different sites but you'd be stupid to believe there won't be a 3DS section.

its a new gen, so if it doesn't gamespot is doing it wrong ;).

Nobody saw Sora say yesterday that there wasn't going to be one? anybody? Its fine to be here for now at least til its release
