I played the first 4 to death and I can't wait for this one. This seems to be the best and most varied of them all :D.

I gave up on this series. While I really liked the original DS one all the fun stopped on one level clearly designed by Satan himself. I had to save 5 patients in 10 minutes from different types of that disease. This game to this day remains a stain on my backlog. I can NOT beat this level. In the 10 minutes my personal record was 3 patients. Its officially impossible.

Lol... impossible.

Anyways, I love New Blood. The first game I rented for Wii was HotD:Overkill, but my second and most favorite so far is New Blood. It's so hard already and my gf and I are only on the second chapter, lol.

True New blood is hard. I can only play it at my sister house because she has the copy and I can't find one anywhere and if I do find one I wouldn't have the money at the time.

I could care less about buying the game, though I hope it gets good scores.

I've only played Second Opinion, and I loved it. One of the best launch games, and still one of the better games on the Wii IMO. I don't know why I haven't gotten New Blood yet. And the only reason I haven't gotten Under the Knife 2 is because I don't have a DS yet.

But I'm really excited for this one. It's actually going to be made with the Wii specifically in mind, having full voice acting and cut scenes (which I don't really need, but am still glad to see the effort put in). But even more importantly, it's going beyond the original in terms of gameplay as well. I am looking forward to seeing more gameplay footage, so that I can see how it all works together, and how well it retains that action/puzzler feel to it. I'm thinking that there will be some character stories that lean more towards the puzzler side, and others will lean more towards the action side, but all of them will have some kind of mix of the two.

With so many games coming out, I don't know if it's exactly one of my most anticipated upcoming Wii games, but I am definitely looking forward to it.

I don't know, it's that kind of game series that even ift hey had a lot of publicity people would look at it in a strange way and ofc the ignorants who have never played it will bash it. It's really hard to create some hype for a game like that.

But the fact is that it is an awesome game.

They should make a bundle with Trauma Team game + House DVDs it would be a much more appealling pack. Nintendo pls promote me to marketing-executive-big-boss pls. lol

the problem with the bundle idea (and I'm not saying it's a bad idea it's an excellent one) is that Atlus would need to get permission and pay fees to get the games bundled with the dvds. Also Atlus is the one promoting the game NOT Nintendo :)

Actually, the controls for Second Opinion were great. One of the best uses of the pointer. Never played the original version so I can't really compare, but based on this game alone, it was very nicely done. The only complaint would be a few of the actual motion controls (not the pointer) that were put into it. Not sure if there were any in New Blood, or if they were fixed, but if not, then hopefully they'll be able to do better with this one. And if you think it will be harder to do on the Wii, just think of it this way: What you lose in terms of the pointer vs. stylus, you make up for in the fact that you can change the instruments much easier (at least from what I hear about the DS game), where instead of having to go back and forth between the surgury and list of instruments, you can change them with the nunchuck.

Speaking about the motion controls, I wonder if they will be using the regular motion controls more, and maybe design some of the other people's stories around them? I think I saw something in that video where it had you doing something like that, but it might have been like in Second Opinion, where it was only in certain instances.

I'm playing New Blood right now. I'm stuck on the last part of chapter 1. I'm trying to save Sister Catherine after part of the new church falls on her. She either dies or I run out of time.

It goes the same way for Toshinden for wii, not much hype but it can be a great game.BTW takara announced something about this game arrives on november 27.

I'm excited for this game, but didn't even know the release date... I don't hype stuff until I know when it is coming. 'Next Year' - well, then I'll have to see if I start hyping this in December or later.
