Nookingston?!

Hi,is there any way to unlock Nookingston (the last and best shop in Animal Crossing) WITHOUT having a friend come to my town or something like that?

if you have AR but if you dont then your screwed. its not that hard anyways, just get some random peron to buy a bag of flowers or somehtingchickensrcul

Then I am screwed...I don't have AR and I just have problems with the WiFi thingy...
